Z FEDERAL awarded National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) Contract. Z FEDERAL was awarded a single-award contract by the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) in support of NASEO’s members, the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity, and other key stakeholders. Under the contract, Z FEDERAL will provide subject matter expertise in the development of Transmission Policy, Planning, and Project Development Guides that examines State Energy Offices’ roles in transmission planning and permitting.
